HI! MY NAME IS BENEDETTA,
YOU CAN CALL ME BENE.

I grew up in Italy, and I’ve lived in the UK since 2011.

My approach to therapy considers the big picture: who you are as a human being, body, mind and soul.

My background as a Chiropractor, and my personal experiences have informed the way I work today.

I believe that the health of mind and body are one and the same.

Our mental and physical state affect each other, and they reflect in our relationships to ourselves and others.

My mission is to empower people to develop self-awareness and acceptance, providing guidance to find resilience and tools for self-healing.

I believe that we are all capable of transforming their life in incredible ways. When we are willing to face the challenges that life throws at us with self-compassion, we develop the ability to reflect on ourselves and find our way out of pain and trauma.

A healing journey is not about finding perfection. It’s about deeply knowing yourself, understanding what works to bring you back in balance when you lose yourself.

MY APPROACH

Each person has their own individual stories and necessities.

The same approach doesn't' work for everyone.

The way I work is informed by Integrative Counselling, which encourages the use of different schools and techniques to suit the person's specific needs.

I work with people who experience anxiety, chronic stress and burnout, low mood, chronic pain and illness, which can all affect our relationships and social circles.

By exploring your issues, I help you gain a different perspective and begin to see ways you can help yourself and find your own way out of emotional or physical pain.
